Tackfy Pipeline is an internal tool built and used by Express Print, a printing company in Singapore. It gathers business contact details that are already spread across our own systems, checks that the email addresses still work, and keeps a single tidy list for customer communication.
Reads customer records from our own Stripe and HitPay accounts, and the addresses we have corresponded with in our own company mailbox.
Sends each address to a verification service to find out whether it still receives mail, so we stop emailing dead addresses.
Merges duplicates, so a customer who appears in three systems becomes one record rather than three.
Copies the verified contacts into our email platform at a steady pace, ready for us to write to.
Most of the people a printing business deals with never appear in a payment system. They send an enquiry, get a quote, and the whole exchange happens over email. To build a list that reflects who we actually work with, Tackfy Pipeline reads the address fields of messages in our own company mailbox.
Read only. Tackfy Pipeline reads only the From, To, Cc, Reply-To and Date fields of messages. It does not read message bodies, does not open attachments, and cannot send, delete, label or change anything in the mailbox.
Our own mailbox. Access is granted by the mailbox owner and can be withdrawn at any time. No message content is ever stored.
Not shared. Contact details are used for our own customer communication. They are never sold, and never used for advertising.
Tackfy Pipeline is not a public service and has no sign-up. It is used only by staff of Express Print, and access is protected by a password.
Write to mail.expressprint@gmail.com. If you have corresponded with Express Print and want to know what we hold, or want it removed, the same address reaches us.
